MOZART

Our #1 best-seller with three split layers of yellow cake. One layer is filled with raspberry, the second with Bavarian Cream, all iced with white buttercream, topped with rich chocolate fondant and finished with our signature purple rose.

FRESH LEMON

4 split layers of yellow cake filled with 2 layers of lemon filling and 1 layer of lemon butter cream. The cake is iced with lemon flavored butter cream and garnished with home-made lemon flavored white chocolate disk  (Premium Pricing)

BLACK VELVET

Two chocolate layers filled and iced with our special cream cheese mixture, surrounded with chocolate cake crumbs and topped with a luscious chocolate webbing.

BLACK FOREST

Two layers of chocolate cake filled with cherry filling and iced with vanilla buttercream.  The sides are coated in toasted chocolate cake crumbs.  The top is garnished with buttercream swirls and cherries.

Our own special blend of spices, shredded carrots, walnuts, raisins, and coconut held together with our special cream cheese icing with crushed fresh walnuts on the sides.

Four split layers of banana flavored cake with banana cream mousse. The cake is iced in chocolate butter cream and topped with chocolate roses and garnished with chocolate chips.

4 split layers of yellow cake filled with 3 layers of chocolate mousse. The cake is iced with vanilla butter cream and topped with melted white chocolate. The cake is finished with hand made white chocolate accents, vanilla butter cream rose buds and gold leaves.
